Overzicht van montageband, montagetape

PE glasband
Zelfklevend PE schuim wordt geleverd zonder afdekfolie. Bij het uitrollen van dit montageband komt de lijmlaag meteen vrij, zodat de montagetape meteen opgeplakt kan worden. Glasband wordt veel gebruikt als tochtband of als zelfklevende tochtstrip.

PE Spiegelband
Dubbelzijdig zelfklevend spiegelband van gesloten cel polyethyleenschuim. Verkrijgbaar in zwart en wit spiegelband. Dubbelzijdig afdichtingsband wordt gebruikt bij de montage van spiegels, gevelpanelen, kruishouten en plinten.

Rondprofiel als rugvulling
PU en PE wordt gebruikt als rugvulling om de juiste voegdikte te creëren bij het afkitten.
Beschikbaar in vlamdovend en niet-brandvertragend schuim. PU rondprofiel of PU rugvulling wordt gebruikt bij het opvullen van voegen met een groot voegverloop, terwijl PE rugvulling of PE rondprofiel dient als voegvulling in voegen met een klein voegverloop.

Lijm met afdekpapier
Geschikt als montagetape voor het bevestigen van sierstrips, latten, metalen en rubberstukken.
Licht- en verouderingsbestendig. Ook als verpakkingstape en renovatietape te gebruiken.

Double sided assembly tape
The adhesive used on this PE foam tape is very strong and may be used in several ways. A typical example of a use for this double sided self-adhesive foam tape would be in the assembly of mirrors to their frames. It is also called structural glazing spacer tape or glass separator pads.

Closed cell PE foam
Closed cell PE foam one side adhesive is one of the simplest and most inexpensive closed cell insulation materials. PE cell foam is a good insulator against hot and cold, creates a sound reduction insulation. It may be used in a variety of different weather conditions. PE sealants stop air infiltration and are used to seal window glass into wood, aluminium and plastic frames.

Modified acrylic tape
This double-sided mounting tape is a transfer tape and has a good U.V. and aging resistance. This assembly tape is used for material bonding.

Joints d’assemblage

PE-Spiegelband
Zweiseitig klebendes Montageband für das rasche Fixieren von Teilen. Das Montageklebeband wird bei Fugen von Oberlichtfenstern und Montage von Spiegeln gebraucht. Darum wird es auch Spiegelklebeband oder Spiegelband genannt.

PE-Glasband
Polyethylenschaumstoff ohne Folienabdeckung, aber mit aufkaschierter Folie. Bei diesem Zellschaum muss man keine Abdeckfolie oder Zwischenfolie wegziehen und darum kann man ihn schneller montieren oder verarbeiten. Diese Dichtungsstreifen werden viel als Fensterdichtband und Vorlegeband angewandt.

Modifiziertes Acrylat, Montagekleber.
Das Fixierband oder Fixiertape ist ozon- und alterungsbeständig. Das Gewebeband ist auch in Streifen lieferbar.
